A letter from Merry White Benezra (Nennen) to Roko Sherry Chayat has been posted on the Shimano Archive. Benezra is a former student of Eido Shimano's. Chayat is one of Shimano's Dharma successors and current abbot of Dai Bosatsu Monastery and the Shobo-ji Zen center in New York City. The two centers are managed by Zen Studies Society.
For those with an interest, Benezra's a is a good letter that addresses the waffling attitude of Zen Studies Society towards its disgraced former abbot, Eido Shimano. I would post the letter here in toto, but it's in pdf format and I haven't got the wherewithal to arm-wrestle it into a compatible format.
