let it come to you

.
Thinking ....

As a matter of personal hygiene and health, I think it is a smart move to find or create a time and place in life that is not devoted to something else.

Sitting still, for example, is a good way to do this. Just sit still for 20 or 30 minutes. No need to overlay the scene or fight or try or finagle or fear or assert or correct ... if that's what happens, then just overlay the scene or fight or try or finagle or fear or assert or correct. Just don't do something else.

Find or create a time and place that is not devoted to something else.

Sit still.

In this way, there is nothing to seek and what you seek will come to you as naturally as water flows downhill.

And what is it that you seek? What is it that comes nuzzling and warm, unbidden and easy as a puff of wind ... what is it that you receive without even asking?

I haven't got a clue, but it's a lot less silly than what came before.
